Turtlesquad.com does not currently offer customer support via telephone, although it will be available soon. If you need to get in touch with a turtlesquad.com representative regarding anything to do with our products, your order, a future order, general questions, and anything else you can contact us at info@turtlesquad.com.
We offer attractive coupons throughout the course of the year and we make it very easy for you to redeem them on our site once you are ready to check out. Once your shopping basket contains the products that you want to purchase you will notice a coupon code selection within the shopping basket in which you can enter any coupon code that you may have. This coupon will update immediately and give you a final total right away.
We understand this question completely. Why not go to your local pet store? We feel as though we offer a convenient way to receive and shop for products. We try and offer a diverse group of products, such as our food brands, that are harder to find in retail stores as well as competitive pricing that matches and beats pet store prices. We try to make sure we open ourselves up to product suggestions so if at any point you want to contact us in regards to adding products to our current inventory, feel free (We would love to hear about them).
We try our hardest to present all of our customers with the highest quality products. Unfortunately, we will encounter an issue where you receive the product you requested in not so great shape either due to shipping or manufacturing incidents. If you receive your order in this type of shape, contact us at rma@turtlesquad.com or info@turtlesquad.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make sure that you are: 1) Sent a replacement part or parts (free of charge and shipping fees) 2) Reimbursed if you wish to not continue with your original purchase (when product is damaged). Also, a lot of the time we will send you a coupon that can be used within our online store, just to show our appreciation for you patience while we fix any issues with your order. |
